The Embassy of India, Berlin, Germany is calling for quotations from qualified, locally-based companies to repair, replace or clean various technical equipment in the chancery building. Interested firms may refer to the full tender document for further information on the nature of the equipment. Companies are advised to inspect the equipment and the location in advance after making an appointment through project.berlin@mea.gov.in. Companies may submit their bids for the above work in a sealed envelope addressed to the Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Tiergartenstrasse 17, 10785 Berlin. The outside of the envelope should be labelled: “Tender Bid. Do not open!”. Deadline for submission is 18 December 2019.
