FirstRenewable Energy Global Investment Promotion Meet & Expo

Government of India is organising the first Renewable Energy Global Investment Promotion Meet & Expo(RE-INVEST) in New Delhi from 15-17 February, 2015 to promote renewable energy and energy efficiency in India. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the Plenary Session, which will be followed by technical and policy sessions where the Central and State Governments will highlight initiatives taken by them to improve the enabling environment for investors. This event will be one of the largest B2B and B2G exhibitions in the renewable energy sector in India.

2. The main objective of RE-INVEST is to showcase India as a reliable and profitable investment destination for renewable energy companies from Germany.It will bring together over 200 project developers, fund sponsors, financiers, utility representatives and equipment suppliers. A large exhibition is also planned to showcase manufacturing capabilities and latest technologies for potential areas of investment, and will provide an excellent platform for German companies to showcase the latest technology and equipment.
