Ayurveda continues to grow rapidly as one of the most important systems of mind-body medicine and natural healing, as a spiritual approach to life becomes ever more important in this ecological age. \'Journey of Ayurveda\' travels in time from its origins in India to its progress into the 21st century, where Ayurvedic medicine is gaining international interest and respect as an alternative means of caring for physical and mental health.

Dr Christian Kessler is ayurvedic practitioner at Immanuel hospital Berlin.

Ayurveda ist als Naturheilkunde für Körper und Geist eines der wichtigsten Medizinsysteme im Zeitalter der Ökologie. Dabei wird auch die geistige Einstellung zum Leben immer wichtiger. "Journey of Ayurveda" reist von den Anfängen des Ayurveda in Indien bis in das Heute in das 21. Jahrhundert, in dem die ayurvedische Medizin starkes internationales Interesse und Respekt gewinnt und als alternative Form der Erhaltung von körperlicher und geistiger Gesundheit angesehen ist.

Dr. Christian Kessler ist praktizierender Ayurveda-Arzt am Immanuel-Krankenhaus in Berlin.
