Mitali Banerjee Bhawmik is an exponent of Hindustani Classical vocal music. She started her training in music at a very early age from Sri Ajit Dutta, followed by extensive training from Late Shree BirenPhukan in Guahati, Assam. Subsequently she received training from SrimatiMeera Banerjee, the Kolkata based noted vocalist. Since 1984, Mitali was under the tutelage of late PadmabhushanPandit V. G. Jog, the famous violin maestro.Pandit Jog's vast and extensive experience in the different musical styles and traditions has helped Mitali to blend the best of few Gharanas in her music in contrast to sticking to a single traditional Gharanas style. This has been the essence of Pandit Jog's philosophy in music and training methodology. Currently she is expanding her repertoire in semi-classical music (Thumri, Dadra, Kajri, Chaiti, Hori, etc.) from Smt. Dahlia Rahut, a senior disciple of Smt. Girija Devi. She has performed in different prestigious venues in North America, Europe and India.MitaliBhawmikis the director of Ethnomedia Music Studio where she trains music students. She is the founder of non-profit organization RAAG RANGwhich is extensively promoting Indian Classical Music all across USA.

Sanjib Kumar Pal is a well establishedtabla player of Calcutta, known for his balanced and clear accompaniment to vocal and instrumental music. In 1988 he became a disciple of tabla maestro Pandit Shankar Gosh, where he learned the art of tabla playing both as a solo performer and as support to the main performer.

Pandit Jog‘s umfangreiche Erfahrungen in den verschiedenen musikalischen Stilrichtungen und Traditionen hat Mitali dazu verholfen, dasBeste der Gharanas(Schulen/Stile) in ihrer Musik zu mischen, statt nur einen einzigen traditionellenGharana-Stil zu präsentieren. Dies war auch eine grundsätzliche Philosophie und Trainingsmethodik von Pandit Jog.Derzeit erweitert sie ihr Repertoire in semi-klassischer Musik (Thumri, Dadra, Kajri, Chaiti, Hori) bei Frau DahliaRahut. MitaliBhawmik ist Direktorin desEthno Music Studio, wo sie Studenten ausbildet. Sie ist die Gründerin der Non-Profit-Organisation RAAG RANG die indische klassische Musik in den USA fördert.
Sanjib Kumar Pal ist ein etablierterTablaspieleraus Kalkutta, bekannt für seine ausgewogene und klare Begleitung zu Vokal- und Instrumentalmusik. Er ist Schüler von Tablameister Pandit Shankar Gosh und tritt als Solo- und Begleitmusiker auf.
