IIT, Indore and TU9, Germany explore joint research

Ambassador Gurjit Singh inaugurated a meeting between teams from TU9, Germany and IIT, Indore on 4th April 2016 at the Embassy of India, Berlin. The meeting is a follow up to the Joint Statement at the 3rd India Germany Inter Governmental Consultations held at New Delhi in October 2015 where both the leaders had proposed to explore the possibilities of collaboration between the newly established IIT-Indore and TU-9 institutions.
The objective of the meeting was to discuss research programs at the different TU9 universities, IIT, Indore and to identify areas for future joint cooperative programs.
Two of the participants from IIT, Indore have already been in Germany as Humboldt and DAAD Fellows and are now in the process of leveraging research between Indian and Germany to a greater height.
