The Embassy of India, Berlin would like to invite quotations for printing of a brochure. The brochure has to be delivered by 25 September 2016. The format  is 21 cm x 21 cm, 170g /m2 coloured and glossy paper  with loop stitching. We request for quotations for three different types of brochures with 28, 32 and 48 pages for 200, 300 and 500 copies each. All costs including VAT should be mentioned in the price. The quotations must be sent only by post in sealed envelopes marked 'Bids for printing of Brochures'to HOC, Embassy of India, Berlin, Tiergartenstrasse-17, Germany 10785 . The last date for accepting bids is 17 September 2016. Late bids will not be entertained.
