Public Notice Regarding Discontinuation of Service Provider for Visa Services (M/s. IVS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., at Berlin)

M/s. IVS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., at Berlin located at: Turken Str. 25A, 13349 Berlin is NO LONGER the official visa centre of Embassy of India in Berlin with effect from 30 November, 2024

2. In this context, the following may kindly be noted:-

(i) Applicants may submit Visa applications directly to the Embassy with immediate effect till further notice to avail Regular/Paper Visa in their For more details on how to apply a visa, please visit our website www.indianembassyberlin.gov.in

(ii) Submission Timing for Visa Applications at Embassy of India, Berlin – Monday to Friday (except holidays) 0930 – 1230 hrs, without appointment

(iii) Applicants must ensure that they don’t submit any visa application and fees to M/s. IVS Global Services Pvt. Ltd., at their above mentioned address and it will not be possible for them or the Embassy to take care of any documents submitted there.

• e-Visas are not processed/issued by the Embassy/Consulates. For complete information of the e-Visa process, please visit the official website https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html . Please do not use any other website, as the e Visas should be applied only through the authorised Indian Government website.
• Please ensure that you provide correct particulars when filling up the e-Visa The e-Visa will carry particulars as provided by the applicant. In case particulars like the name and passport number are incorrectly filled up and e-Visa issued, the Embassy/Consulate cannot correct the particulars. The applicant has to apply again with correct particulars and obtain a new e-Visa.
