The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India is excited to host the 5th Edition of the Bharat Ko Janiye (Know India) Quiz 2024-25, running from November 11 to December 10, 2024. This unique initiative encourages the Indian diaspora and global participants to explore and engage with India’s rich heritage, culture, and achievements.
Eligibility
The Quiz is open to:
- Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)
- Non-Resident Indians (NRI)
- Foreign Nationals
- Participants must be between 14 to 50 years of age.
Key Details
- The Quiz will be conducted online and requires mandatory registration at www.bkjquiz.com.
- No registration fee is required.
- Registered participants can take the Quiz from anywhere between November 11 and December 10, 2024.
Quiz Format
- The Quiz consists of 30 multiple-choice questions.
- Participants will have 16-17 minutes to complete the Quiz.
- No negative marking applies, and participants can attempt the Quiz multiple times, with the best score being considered.
- Time taken to complete the Quiz will be factored into the final evaluation.
Rewards
- Top 15 winners from each category (PIO/Foreign Nationals & NRI) will be invited to India for a 2-week Bharat Ko Janiye Yatra, including participation in the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) celebrations.
- Up to 4 winners per country (2 per category) will be selected to ensure diverse geographical representation.
- All participants will receive a Digital Certificate of Participation.
