The Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Government of India in association with Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FICCI), will be organizing the 13^th edition of ‘India Chem 2024’ from 17-19 October, 2024 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai with the theme “Advantage BHARAT: Indian Chemicals and Petrochemicals paving the future”.

2. The Indian Chemicals and Petrochemical industry plays a vital role in growth of various key sectors of Indian economy like auto motives, constructions, electronics, health care, textiles and FMCG. This industry has seen significant growth over the past few decades. India is currently the 6^th largest producer of chemicals in the world and 4^th largest in Asia.

 3. India Chem 2024 will showcase the enormous opportunity offered by rapidly growing Indian Chemicals and Petrochemicals Industry and various Government initiatives for sustainable growth in the sector and provide a platform for investors and other stakeholders to interact and forge alliances. This mega event will highlight the investment potential in this industry. It will also facilitate collaboration and business expansion of foreign companies in India. During the India Chem 2024, events like Global CEOs Round table, Conclaves on different industry segment i.e. Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Dyes and Pigments, Agrochemicals, Process, Plant Machinery etc. will be organized. Chemicals and Petrochemicals Forums of India-USA, India-EU, India-Japan and others and an international exhibition will also take place.
