The Plastics Export Promotion Council (PLEXCONCIL)-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India is hosting  PLEXCONNECT 2024 from 7-9 June 2024  to be held in Bombay Exhibition Center, NESCO, Mumbai, India. During PLEXCONNECT 2024, PLEXCONCIL will be organizing a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM). We wish to inform you that this RBSM is being organized with support from the Department of Commerce, Government of India under Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme.

Objective: This event will facilitate the International buyers to meet the Indian Manufacturers/Exporters for sourcing products from India and also to establish marketing tie-ups and explore business collaborations.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION OFFER TO FOREIGN DELEGATES ATTENDING REVERSE BUYER SELLER MEET AT PLEXCONNECT 2024, Mumbai

• E-tickets (Full/Partial) to and fro Economy Class (Details outlined below).
• Hotel Accommodation for 3 nights (4 or 5 star hotel)
• All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided by the organizer.
• Local airport transfers (group airport pickup/drop and daily shuttle service from hotel to exhibition venue and back) 

Deadline for Application: 20th February 2024 which may be extended.

Terms and Conditions:

· Foreign Buyers attending the RBSM must not be Indian Passport Holders.

· E-ticket will be provided in case it is available within the eligible limit mentioned below  or part air-fare reimbursement will be provided from the capital city of the
respective country to Mumbai.

· Organizer will reimburse part of the air fare against submission of  the copy of the air tickets mentioning the fare amount in USD, copy of the Travel Agent Invoice & receipt indicating the amount paid, Stamp of the Immigration upon entry, Visa copy, Copy of the front and the last page of Passport, submission of Feedback report.

· Airfares will be provided/ reimbursed: Maximum reimbursement upto USD 750  or e-ticket cost whichever is lower

· It is mandatory for all the foreign Buyers to attend the B2B & Trade Show.

· Selection of the buyers will be subject to approval of the Selection committee.
