RE-INVEST 2024
Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India is organizing the 4th edition of the RE-INVEST 2024 from 16th to 18th September 2024 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The RE-INVEST 2024 is expected to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India and will be attended by High Level delegations from across the world.
- MNRE has successfully organised three editions of Global Renewable Energy Investors’ Meet and Expo (RE INVEST). RE-INVEST is the global flagship event of MNRE aimed at fostering the growth of India's renewable energy sector, with a special focus on attracting investments. The first edition was organised in February 2015 in New Delhi, second in October 2018 in Delhi-NCR and the third one on a virtual platform in November 2020. The last edition of RE-INVEST had witnessed more than 27,000 participants from various countries.
- The RE-INVEST 2024 aims to highlight India’s significant achievement in the renewable energy sector including manufacturing and deployment. It will help to connect the global investor community with Indian energy stakeholders. The event will feature a three day conference on renewable and new energy options, innovative financing for renewable energy sector, green hydrogen, future energy choices, capacity building and exhibition of renewable related manufacturers, developers, investor and innovators.
- RE-INVEST 2024 is expecting the participation of a large number of delegates from across the world. The event will help in increasing the investment in renewable energy sector with large number of B2B, B2G and G2G meetings during the event. Germany and UAE have expressed their interest to be the partner countries for the event. This event will be attended by international delegations comprising of Ministers, global industry leaders, investors and important stakeholders, while Indian States/UTs and industry will showcase their renewable energy policies, programs, expertise, achievements, and resources to the focused global audience.
- The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy has engaged Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as the industry partner for the RE-INVEST 2024. The concept note for the event is attached.
