Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM Specials) in Morbi, Gujarat – 21-25 November 2022

The Chemicals and Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) is organizing Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) Specials event - Visit of Importers to Centre's of Production / Excellence - Morbi, Gujarat, India from 21st to 25th November 2022. CAPEXIL invites prospective & potential overseas leading Buyers of Ceramic Tiles & / or Sanitarywares for successful RBSM Special B2B Meet with the Indian Manufacturer Exporters and visit their Factories. The participating buyers will tap the immense opportunities in India for both sourcing & supply; investment; technology transfers and collaborations and possibly many more.

RBSM Special, an initiative of CAPEXIL which is poised to be a unique networking event between the Overseas Importers & Indian Manufacturer Exporters of Ceramic Tiles & / or Sanitarywares under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India.

Details of the Event :

· Date: 21st to 25th November 2022
· Venue: Morbi, Gujarat, India
· Economy Class Air ticket / Airfare (US$ 1000 or Air Ticket Amount, whichever is lower), 5 nights Hotel Stay (20th to 24th November 2022) in star rated hotel at Morbi/Rajkot, Major Meals, Breakfast, Refreshments, Airport Transfer, Local Transport towards Factory visits & Translator wherever necessary to be provided to selected Overseas Importers. Any other expenses to be borne by the Importers.
· Importers will be taken to 20-25 Factories dealing in Ceramic Tiles, Wall & Floor Tiles, Indoor & Outdoor Porcelain Tiles, Digital Wall Tiles, Porcelain Glazed Vitrified Tiles, Glazed Vitrified Tiles, Full Body, Double Charged, Ceramic Glazed Vitrified Tiles, Sanitarywares etc. for B2B Meetings in and around Morbi during their stays.
· Arrival of Importers in Morbi, Gujarat will be by 20th November Night and Departure will be by 25th November Night.
· Airport picks up and Dropping will be arranged by CAPEXIL.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· One Person from One Company will be allowed. Any additional person to be included on a payment basis.
· Hosted Importers should not be related to Indian exporters registered with the EPC/Trade Body.
· Importer applying will be of the level of Director/ Partner/CEO/Senior Executive/Sourcing Agent.
· It is mandatory for all the foreign delegates to attend the entire event / all the factory visits to be arranged by the organizer.
· It is not permissible to leave the Hotel without intimating the organizer.
· Selection of buyers will be subject to the approval of the special selection committee
· Foreign delegates attending the event must NOT be Indian Passport holders.
· E-ticket or Reimbursement will be provided from the capital city of the respective country to Ahmedabad & back on economy class.
· In some cases, the organizer will cover part of the Airfare OR No Airfare (reimbursement will be done against a copy of the air tickets mentioning the fare amount in US$, copy of the receipt indicating the amount paid, Stamp of the Immigration upon entry, VISA copy, copy of the front and last page of the passport, including address as per passport).

Since SPCC is already working on the planned virtual Buyer Seller Meet with the Consulate and the CAPEXIL, and actively doing the exercise of identifying potential buyers of Ceramic Tiles, it is requested to also mobilize the participation of 3/4 leading genuine Importers / Sourcing Agents for the aforementioned B2B Meet being organized by CAPEXIL in Morbi, Gujarat from 21-25 November 2022.
