The Embassy of India, Berlin has initiated and coordinated an Indo-German bilateral meeting between Institutes of Higher Education and Research from 29th April – 2nd May 2024, as we complete 50 years of Indo-German Science & Technology Cooperation this year. This initiative will foster bilateral and academic R&D cooperation through academia and industry connect for the free movement of professionals and students. 

The meetings are organised at 3 locations, Hyderabad, Tirupati, and New Delhi with around 20 Indian Universities/ Research Institutes and 4 German Universities participating in this initiative. The Ministry of Education, Government of India is also joining the inaugural meeting. 

His Excellency Ambassador of India to Germany and Joint Secretary, Ministry of Education will address during the inaugural meeting of this event on 29 April through hybrid mode. 

All of you are requested to join the meeting online if your time permits to understand this model for future replication with your University/ Institute.
