It is possible to apply for NRI Certificate for the following purposes.

Check-List of Documents:-

1. Duly filled in Miscellaneous application form

2. Copy of  all the pages of current Indian passport including first and last page. Please do not skip any page of the passport.

3. Duly filled form for details of all the entry and exit stamps from India. Please download the form here.

4. Duly filled Affidavit for declaring that the requester has stayed for more than 182 days outside India in the fiscal year mentioned in the affidavit. Please download the form here.

5. Copy of the Visa/Resident Permit

6. City Registration (Anmeldung or Meldebescheinigung)

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: Application along with other required documents mentioned above may be submitted in person on any working day between 9.30 hrs and 12.30 hrs at the Consular Wing counter.
