Public Notice on Consular Matters

Embassy of India, Berlin proposes to hold periodic Open House meetings on consular matters once in three months on the first Friday of each quarter starting from July 2015. First such open house meeting will be held on 03.07.2015 at 1100 hrs in the Consular Hall of the Embassy (Tiergartenstr. 17, 10785 Berlin). Similar Open House meetings will be held on the first Fridays of October 2015, January 2016, and so on. If the first Friday happens to be a holiday, the meeting will be held on the following working day. Those having grievances concerning consular matters including passports and OCI may attend the Open House to seek clarification from the concerned officers.
