Pandit Ranajit Sengupta is one of the Best Sarode Player & Music Composer from India having performed in more than 40 countries around the world for last 24 years. He is a student of late Ustad Dhyanesh Khan & Ustad Aashish Khan of Maihar Senia Gharana & attended several workshops by Late Dr. Ustad Ali Akbar Khan in India & California. He is one of the youngest Top Grade Sarode Player from All India Radio & Television & winner of “Presidents” award for securing ‘First position’ in All India Radio Competition, Acharya Baba Allauddin Memorial Award, Pandit Nikhil Bannerjee Memorial Award & "Best talent of the Year" award by HMV to name a few. He is a topper in both Graduation & Master's Exam from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata and is a Guest Lecturer in Universities in USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, England & India. He has performed in Major Music Festivals & Venues around the globe including USA, Canada, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, The Netherlands, Greece, England, Scotland, Estonia, Russia, Africa, United Arab Emirates, Syria and Caribbean Islands to name a few. He has over 30 CD & DVD releases from around the world. Ranajit has composed Music for the Dutch Feature Film "Dark Amsterdam", the Title Music for the International Film Festival, Kolkata, in 1994 and the music for the Road Movie "Lost & Found Tour" filmed about himself and 3 other Austrian Musicians. He got 4 World-Fusion Music Bands in Europe with musicians from around the globe.
Ranajit has been the Principal Composer, guest conductor & Guru for the National Youth Orchestra for Indian Music in England from 2011 to 2015. Ranajit got students from around the world who got National & International Scholarships to learn under Pandit Sengupta. A N.B:PANDIT is a title given to Ranajit Sengupta by the Ministry of Broadcasting, Government of India as one of the youngest Musician ever, which is equivalent to "MAESTRO" title in Europe.
Kousik Banerjee is one of the best Tabla Player from the younger Generation in India. He started playing Tabla at a very early age and performed in major Music Festivals & venues in India as soloist and as accompanist. A Topper in Master's Exam from Rabindra Bharati University and Winner of President's award from All India Radio & Television, Kousik is a student of Legendary Tabla Maestro Pandit Anindo Chatterjee. Kousik was introduced in Europe for his maiden tour abroad by Pandit Ranajit Sengupta in 2016.
Andre Krengel is a versatile and virtuosic guitar player who is mainly self taught, with his own unique style of playing, and is one of the foremost, leading and prominent players in Germany. His parents loved classical music. So, as a child, he was influenced by the recordings played at home of composers like J.S. Bach. But he became inspired by other artists as well – especially by the jazzy blues-rock stylings of Mark Knopfler & Dire Straits. Through that inspiration, at the age of 14, he took his mother’s acoustic guitar and started to learning chords and melodies. In 2015-16, Andre Krengel got invited to the International Guitar Night Tour organized by Brian Gore, which is considered to be the most important showcase of acoustic guitar worldwide. In twenty years, Andre was the third player from Germany, being invited to this tour, where he played more than a 100 concerts in America and in Europe.
In 2017, Andre met the Indian Sarod Master Pandit Ranajit Sengupta and went to India to learn Indian raga music.
The concert will begin with a short Indian classical Raga followed by compositions featuring all the three musicians.

Inspiriert wurde er aber auch von anderen Künstlern - vor allem von den jazzigen Bluesrock-Styles von Mark Knopfler & Dire Straits. Durch diese Inspiration nahm er im Alter von 14 Jahren die akustische Gitarre seiner Mutter und begann Akkorde und Melodien zu lernen. In den Jahren 2015-16 wurde Andre Krengel zu der von Brian Gore organisierten International Guitar Night Tour eingeladen, die als weltweit bedeutendste Show für Akustikgitarre gilt. In zwanzig Jahren war Andre der dritte Spieler aus Deutschland, der zu dieser Tour eingeladen wurde, wo er mehr als 100 Konzerte in Amerika und in Europa spielte.
Im Jahr 2017 traf Andre den indischen Sarod-Meister Pandit Ranajit Sengupta und ging nach Indien, um indische Ragamusik zu lernen.
Das Konzert beginnt mit einem kurzen indischen klassischen Raga, gefolgt von Kompositionen mit allen drei Musikern.
