The last date of availability /downloading of the bid document are on 08.10.2023 at 12:00 hrs. The complete filled in bids and necessary scanned documents shall be uploaded at the mentioned address up to 09.10.2023 at 13:00 hrs. The Techno-Commercial bid shall be opened on 09.10.2023 at 14:00 hrs. The bids cannot be uploaded / submitted later than 09.10.2023 at 13:00 hrs. However, Price bid part of qualified & commercial responsive bidders shall be opened on subsequent date, for which the qualified bidders shall be informed separately.
