Following corrigendum may be noted in respect of the tender:

(i)            The requirement of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and Performance Security mentioned in the tender document has been waived off i.e. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and Performance Security is NIL.

(ii)          The right of postponement/advancement/rescheduling of delivery relating to the enquiry items shall be reserved by BHEL-HEEP/mutually agreed.

(iii)         Customer approval w.r.t this enquiry is not applicable.
