HPCL intends to setup biogas generation and compressed biogas pilot plant facility at its HP Green R&D Centre, Bengaluru with an agency having proven expertise and capability.

HPCL invites bids from experienced and competent agencies with sound technical and financial capabilities fulfilling the Bidder’s Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC).
